Description

Job Summary: Responsible for general cleaning, maintenance, gardening, and basic upkeep of internal and external areas, in compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Performs cleaning and maintenance of internal and external areas 2. Carries out gardening and basic maintenance services 3. Supports general company activities Perform cleaning and maintenance of internal and external areas; Carry out gardening services, such as mowing lawns, simple pruning, irrigation, and general plant care; Perform weed cutting in green areas using manual tools or appropriate equipment; Execute basic maintenance tasks, such as touch-ups and painting of walls, fences, and structures; Clean bathrooms, offices, corridors, and other facilities; Collect and dispose of waste properly; Restock cleaning supplies; Support general activities as required by the company; Follow safety, hygiene, and proper equipment and PPE usage guidelines. Prerequisites Completed elementary education (preferred); Prior experience in general services, gardening, maintenance, or weed cutting is a plus; Basic knowledge of tool and equipment usage; Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; Ability to work in a team and follow instructions; Commitment and punctuality.
