Hygienization of pots and sinks, kitchen trash bins, and equipment such as stoves, ovens, hoods, and griddles—when powered off; hygienization of plates, trays, and cutlery from the lunch shift cafeteria. Removal and organization of organic and general waste from the kitchen. Workplace hygiene and organization. Removal of organic waste—"Leftover Food" from the cafeteria—and weighing it. Removal and hygienization of trash bins in the cafeteria, office, and kitchen. Workplace hygiene and organization. Work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices for Food.
