Count served portions per unit. Season foods prior to preparation. Weigh and record weights of food containers according to portion counts specified in the distribution map. Distribute prepared food items per the distribution map to designated service delivery points. Peel and cut vegetables and greens as needed. Taste all prepared items and finalize them. Collect food samples. Portion meals when required. Clean and sanitize the work area, utensils, and equipment.
