Then, \#JoinSenacMinas too! **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Bartender, your main challenges will be:** * Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, classic and signature cocktails, and harmonized drinks; * Preparing coffee; * Serving customers by explaining beverages, preparation methods, special ingredients, and pairing suggestions; * Managing integrated orders from the dining area, ensuring speed and quality of delivery; * Setting up bar mise en place—including cutting, pre-preparations, organizing utensils, glassware, and supplies; * Monitoring stock levels of beverages and supplies, placing replenishment requests as needed; * Ensuring proper storage of beverages and fresh supplies; * Supporting waitstaff and busboys in complementary tasks when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:** * Completed high school; * Prior experience as a Bartender in restaurants, bars, or hotels. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Technical training in Bartending, Cocktail Making, Mixology, or related fields **Work Location and Schedule:** * Belo Horizonte / MG (on-site); * Working hours: Monday to Friday (with availability to work events on Saturdays and evenings), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. **Additional Information** **What we offer our employees:** * CLT employment contract; monthly salary; * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal or food allowance; * Snack allowance; * UNIMED medical and dental plan; * SESC membership; * Childcare assistance; * Private pension plan; * Group life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Incentive scholarship (after 3 months of employment); * Course fee exemption for Senac courses (after 6 months of employment). **Additionally, we offer some unique benefits:** * Daily interaction and knowledge exchange with industry-leading professionals; * A friendly and collaborative work environment. **Have you ever imagined transforming thousands of lives through your work?** That’s exactly what we do at Senac Minas!
