**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (2-hour break)

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (2-hour break)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with high-complexity companies under the Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, Lucro Real, and Exempt/Non-Taxable tax regimes.
Perform comparative analyses among tax regimes to support optimal decision-making.
Provide internal and external accounting consulting, advising clients and internal departments.
Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance of accounting processes.
Provide technical support to analysts and assistants, resolving queries and guiding them through departmental routines.
Analyze accounting documents, ensuring correct tax classification and adherence to current regulations.
Execute and review accounting entries, ensuring data integrity and information quality.
Perform accounting reconciliations and bank statement verifications, identifying and correcting inconsistencies.
Handle withholding tax calculations, invoicing, and financial revenue reporting, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Control and direct information related to profit distribution for client companies.
Advise clients on accounting document processes and workflows, ensuring legal compliance.
Prepare and review financial statements (DRE, DMPL, DFC, DVA, and other mandatory reports).
Develop consultative analyses of financial results and accounting indicators.
Ensure timely submission of ancillary obligations.
Apply equity method accounting and consolidate financial statements.
Carry out responsibilities autonomously, ensuring technical quality and deadline adherence.
**Requirements:**
REQUIREMENTS: Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences and active CRC registration. Experience in accounting routines and leadership skills. Knowledge of tax regimes. Intermediate Excel proficiency and experience with Domínio software.
