Food Engineering, Production Engineering, or Administration as required educational backgrounds. **Job Description** Daily analysis of production process occurrences, ensuring all process and product non-conformities are properly evaluated and addressed in coordination with responsible departments, maintaining an up-to-date record of technical resolutions, driving continuous improvement actions and process alignment. Collect and analyze information collaboratively with involved departments to identify alternatives for correct and precise procedure execution, aiming for operational excellence and maintenance of quality standards. #### **Requirements** * #### **Education** Completed undergraduate degree in Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Administration, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge** Knowledge of slaughter, poultry processing, and current sanitary regulations. Food safety, continuous improvement, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), animal welfare, process flow, and production yield. Self-control programs, quality management tools and methodologies, audit and certification processes.
