




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning and executing procurement processes, managing contracts, controlling inventory, and supporting building infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: Plan and execute procurement processes Request quotations and negotiate with suppliers Issue purchase orders and track delivery deadlines Manage contracts and suppliers Evaluate performance, ensure adherence to deadlines, quality, and commercial terms Control inventory Monitor material levels, conduct periodic inventories, and propose optimized replenishments Oversee maintenance services Support the planning and execution of corrective and preventive maintenance for facilities, machinery, and equipment Support building infrastructure Assist in managing renovations, construction projects, and minor physical adjustments, ensuring proper functionality of spaces Prepare reports and metrics Monitor costs, material consumption, supplier performance, and process efficiency Support special procurement processes Where applicable, handle tax-related and logistics matters Ensure all procurements, contracts, and maintenance activities comply with internal policies and applicable legislation Respond to requests from internal departments by proposing feasible solutions within budget and timeline constraints. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and sustainability in procurement and infrastructure processes Requirements: Education: Qualification: Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
