Come join our team as a MAINTENANCE PLANNING TECHNICIAN. * Plan, schedule, and control mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and lubrication maintenance activities at the metallurgical plant; * Organize resources, manage materials, and ensure compliance with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans; * Act as the liaison between maintenance, procurement, stores, and operational areas, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance in all activities; * Develop, review, and update preventive, predictive, and scheduled maintenance plans for all plant assets; * Schedule corrective and scheduled maintenance activities based on internal work orders and field-identified needs; * Create, close, and print Work Orders (WOs) for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and lubrication maintenance; * Consolidate and present the Weekly Maintenance Schedule to involved teams and departments; * Email the consolidated weekly schedule to execution and supervision teams; * Issue shipping invoices for materials and equipment sent for external maintenance; * Track return timelines and controls for issued invoices; * Manage assets sent to third parties, ensuring traceability and fiscal compliance; * Request materials required for corrective, preventive, and scheduled maintenance. * Create and track Purchase Requests (PRs) for repair services and material acquisition; * Register new materials in the management system; * Monitor delivery timelines, supply status, and stock levels with the Procurement and Stores departments; * Support delivery and organization of materials for execution teams; * Perform technical validation, analysis, and approval of Service Measurement Reports (BMS); * Ensure WOs are correctly completed with technical data, labor hours, applied materials, and conclusions. * Update maintenance indicators (backlog, schedule compliance, availability, MTBF, MTTR, among others); * Operational Support and Cross-Departmental Interface; * Act as a facilitator among supervision, execution, engineering, procurement, and operations; * Participate in daily and weekly maintenance and operations meetings; * Provide technical support to execution teams, ensuring materials and services are available prior to activity commencement; * Responsible for medium-term planning and for structuring and coordinating major maintenance shutdowns, ensuring scope definition, activity sequencing, resource allocation, timeline control, and adherence to safety and quality standards. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or related fields. * Prior experience in Maintenance Planning within an industrial environment. * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and lubrication maintenance routines. * Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP, Totvs, among others. * Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Knowledge of materials management, procurement, and purchasing processes. * Proficiency in maintenance indicators and planning methodologies.
