Job Summary: Manage a portfolio of cooperative members, prospect new business opportunities, offer financial products, achieve commercial targets, and support the team. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development with coaching programs **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:30 to 17:30 (Lunch break: 1 hour) **Level:** Managerial and Executive **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code **Key Responsibilities:** Manage low- and medium-value cooperative member portfolios, aiming to expand business and profitability. Prospect new cooperative members and develop relationship-building and retention strategies. Provide financial products and services consultatively, aligned with cooperative members' needs. Ensure achievement of commercial and service quality targets. Support the branch's service and relationship management team. Ensure compliance with internal policies, Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) regulations, and cooperative principles. Participate in credit recovery and portfolio delinquency control. Contribute to achieving the cooperative's commercial and strategic goals. Participate in the development and execution of incentive campaigns and financial education initiatives. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or Technology programs related to Administration/Commercial fields or similar. Experience in commercial/customer service. Experience in financial institutions. Proficiency in financial products and services. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Sales and negotiation techniques. Knowledge of the financial market/BACEN regulations. ANBIMA certification. Proficiency in financial mathematics. An established client portfolio is a strong advantage.
