Job Summary: Drainage Designer for the Drainage Department with experience in technical drawing software, hydraulic and hydrological modeling, and hydrological data analysis for projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D 2. Knowledge of hydraulic and hydrological modeling software 3. Development of hydrological studies and data analysis Drainage Designer: Education: * Technical course in Roads and/or Buildings; ongoing undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related fields. Technical Skills: **Basic/intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, surface modeling, corridors, alignments, longitudinal/transverse profiles, drainage networks, and technical drawing software;** **Basic/intermediate knowledge of hydraulic and hydrological modeling software such as HEC\-RAS, SWMM, or similar;** **Basic knowledge of programming (Dynamo, AutoLISP, Python) for project automation is a plus;** **Familiarity with GIS software (e.g., QGIS or ArcGIS) is a plus;** **Basic/intermediate knowledge of surface and subsurface drainage design, stormwater management, including plans, sections, and construction details compliant with current legislation and technical standards;** **Basic/intermediate knowledge of topographic surveys and georeferencing for project baselines;** **Ability to interpret and apply technical standards and regulations (DNIT, ABNT, environmental agencies, etc.);** **Conduct hydrological studies, collect and analyze data from hydrological stations to understand river flow regimes and water resource availability, including assessment of discharges, precipitation, and runoff;** **Format plans, maps, and sections according to company standards;** **Prepare descriptive reports, quantity take-offs, and technical reports.** Send resume to email: elaine.lima@jmsouto.com.br Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$6\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Belo Horizonte, MG
