




Job Summary: Work in the People & Management area, executing activities such as electronic timekeeping, hiring/termination processes, payroll processing, and employee support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution of People and Management activities. 2. Support in recruitment and selection of personnel. 3. Direct assistance and support to employees. Work in the People & Management area, executing activities related to electronic timekeeping; carry out hiring/termination processes; assist in payroll processing; keep APP systems updated (e.g., Senior, Sólides); manage benefit enrollments and cancellations on platforms; provide first-level support to employees. * Assist in organizing events and recording training-related activities. * Assist in operating the company’s benefits system. * Provide support for activities related to recruitment and selection of personnel. * Handle registration and documentation control for newly hired or terminated employees. * Assist in registering and verifying payroll data. Organize and deliver general documents to employees, such as: payment statements, vacation notices, declarations, and other relevant items. * Archive documents related to the scope of this role. Resolve employee inquiries regarding topics pertinent to this area. * Issue invoices corresponding to requests from this department. Update employee registration data, such as: address changes, transportation usage, marital status, phone numbers, dependent additions, and other company-relevant information. * Understand and comply with internal procedures and policies, including the quality assurance system, environmental management system, and all applicable legal environmental requirements for this area.
