We are looking for a MySQL Database Administrator (DBA) with a focus on Automation and DevOps. The primary challenge of this role, beyond managing the MySQL environment, will be supporting Liquibase implementation and governance. The goal is to migrate from a manual script-based model to the Database-as-Code concept, integrating database changes directly into CI/CD pipelines and ensuring traceability of changes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support administration, monitoring, and assurance of high availability and data integrity for MySQL databases (Production and Non-Production environments). * Support the deployment and maintenance of **Liquibase** for versioning and automated deployment of database schemas. * Perform query tuning and performance optimization (troubleshooting) in collaboration with the Development team. * Support QA teams in managing and anonymizing test data for testing environments. * Document processes, security policies, and database topologies. **Requirements:** * Proven solid experience as a MySQL DBA (installation, configuration, replication, and security). * Advanced proficiency in SQL (DDL, DML) and execution plan analysis. * Knowledge of code versioning (Git) and branch-based workflows. * Demonstrated experience or study with database migration/versioning tools (Liquibase, Flyway, or similar). * Collaborative mindset with ability to work closely with Development and Quality Assurance teams. **Nice-to-Have:** * Knowledge of Shell Script, Python, or other scripting languages for automation. * Experience in DevOps culture and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). * Familiarity with other database engines (PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
