Responsibilities: \* Conduct external collections and financial reconciliations with dealers; \* Deliver and retrieve guarantees; \* Verify merchandise, display units, and delivery notes; \* Monitor outstanding financial issues and delinquency; \* Provide in-person support to dealers; \* Follow company-defined external routes and tasks; \* Organize documents, receipts, and daily reconciliations. Desired Profile: \* Organized, responsible, and committed individual; \* Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; \* Ability to resolve problems efficiently; \* Comfortable interacting with customers; \* Attention to detail in verification tasks and numerical accuracy; \* Prior experience in external collections is a plus.
