Organized, analytical, and proactive profile We are looking for an IT Analyst to join our team and focus on system support, system management, and monitoring of processes related to the Winthor ERP. If you have experience in this field and enjoy working in a practical and dynamic manner, this opportunity may be right for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Opening and tracking service tickets in Mais Dados and Totvs; * Supporting Winthor, Windows, and Microsoft Office users; * Product registration and maintenance; * Creating and adjusting purchase orders; * Supporting computers and printers; * Generating accounting reports; * Developing spreadsheets with sales performance indicators; * Creating and monitoring customer satisfaction surveys; * Verifying and monitoring customer registrations; * Creating and maintaining reports using Report Builder. **What We Are Looking For:** * Prior experience with Winthor (mandatory); * Organized, analytical, and proactive profile; * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various departments across the company.
