




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for food pre-preparation, sanitation, and organization, as well as small-scale kitchen production under supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining cleanliness of the workplace and equipment Food pre-preparation and sanitation, organizing and performing small-scale food preparation across various kitchen sections under the guidance of the chef and/or nutritionist. Cutting, washing, sorting, and selecting vegetables, meats, grains, onions, garlic, tomatoes; boiling water; selecting food items; draining; cooking; seasoning; and tasting. Maintaining sanitation of the workplace, equipment, and utensils, as well as storing food supplies.
