We have an opening for an Operational Assistant with a driver's license. Responsibilities include:\> 24-hour assistance (mechanical failures, electrical issues, locksmith services, tire changes, towing, windshield replacements, quotation analysis and procurement, system documentation entry and organization, etc.) \> Event handling (collisions with partial or total damage, thefts, loaner vehicles, quotation analysis and procurement, system documentation entry and organization, etc.) \> Tracking (installation/removal of tracking devices, platform registration and monitoring, new acquisitions, etc) ### **Prerequisites** High school diploma; basic computer skills (Excel, Word, and email); driver's license preferred. Experience with insurance companies is a plus. A personal vehicle is desirable. Occasional availability for service outside standard working hours is required, which will be compensated as overtime. ### **Benefits** Competitive salary + Meal allowance (VA) + Transportation allowance (VT) ### **Notes** Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 (with a 1h20m lunch break).
