Collaborate with internal departments and customers to ensure quality ***Job Responsibilities:*** * Lead transportation operations (pickup, transfer, delivery, and warehousing), ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery; * Supervise drivers, helpers, and operational staff (including outsourced personnel), ensuring productivity and operational discipline; * Supervise the warehouse, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and adherence to proper storage practices; * Manage the team by monitoring performance, delivering feedback, and promoting employee development through training; * Supervise vehicle routing for pickups and deliveries; * Hire third-party vehicles as required; * Ensure on-time delivery, compliance with internal policies and procedures; * Manage outstanding issues (delays, damages, losses), ensuring prompt and effective resolution; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement actions; * Ensure accurate issuance and verification of documents (CT-e, MDF-e, NF) and fidelity of data entered into the system; * Collaborate with internal departments and customers to ensure alignment and service quality. ***Professional Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in transportation operations and team management; * Knowledge of route planning, monitoring, and logistics processes; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Flexible working hours.
