Description: * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration; * Prior experience in related activities required; * Knowledge of WMS desirable; * Data analysis skills; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * MBA and/or postgraduate degree in the field is a plus; * Skills: Analytical ability, organizational and ordering sense, strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Monitor product inflows and outflows, maintain updated records, and ensure inventory accuracy; * Conduct physical counts and inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues affecting accuracy; * Analyze and improve receiving, storage, and shipping processes to ensure efficiency and quality; * Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and inventory closing documents for managerial and fiscal analysis; * Plan product storage and placement to preserve integrity and safety; * Perform cyclic or full inventories as needed; * Adjust inventory balances for shortages or surpluses; * Analyze products and inputs with critical dates, report responsible departments, and develop action plans; * Maintain organized inventory by product categories, ensuring alignment between physical and system inventory balances; * Maintain and control virtual and transient warehouse addresses inherent to operations, ensuring proper management of these warehouses. 2512210202551931615
