Focus on customer experience and workplace safety ### **Responsibilities** \- People management \- Manage quality and productivity indicators, internal indicators, NPS, ANATEL \- Train and develop teams \- Provide feedback on strengths and areas for improvement \- Guide the team on routine work procedures \- Prepare work schedules, monitor working hours and vacations \- Monitor technicians' daily activities via the TOA system \- Ensure compliance with company-adopted occupational health and safety standards \- Ensure supply of necessary materials for team activities \- Maintain up-to-date overtime records, ensuring compliance with electronic timekeeping \- Conduct field inspections verifying uniform, ID badge, tools, vehicle, and PPE/collective protective equipment \- Serve as a support point and address team queries \- Deliver required training, capacity-building, and refresher courses for teams \- Maintain effective interdepartmental interaction among COR, SERVICE MANAGEMENT, and ENGINEERING. \- Develop successors. \- Develop preventive action plans to maintain network stability and avoid corrective actions ### **Position Overview** Manage field technical teams focusing on productivity, quality, workplace safety, and customer experience. ### **Benefits** Transportation Allowance: Yes, Meal Voucher: Yes, Food Allowance: Yes, Medical Assistance: Yes, Dental Assistance: Yes, Life Insurance: Yes, Other Benefits: Dr Mais Saúde, Gympass, PsicologiaViva, among others ### **Prerequisites** Reside in the cities: Juiz de Fora, Uberlândia
