IT Support Position Description: We are seeking a professional to work in the IT Support area, providing technical assistance to company users. Responsibilities: * Respond to and resolve users' technical support tickets. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. * Install and configure software and operating systems. * Monitor the network and ensure information security. * Document procedures and technical solutions, among other departmental tasks. Requirements: * Prior experience in IT technical support; help desk or customer service. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems; Microsoft Office suite; basic networking, DNS, internet, and web browsers; installation and configuration of systems; support via phone, WhatsApp, remote access, and ticketing systems. * Ability to efficiently troubleshoot problems. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Education in Information Technology or related fields. **Knowledge of digital certificates is a plus.** We seek a communicative, patient, proactive, organized, self-taught individual with strong problem-solving skills.
