Willingness to learn and pursue a career as an agricultural mechanic **Key Responsibilities:** * Assemble agricultural implements following technical manuals and factory instructions; * Perform preparation of new equipment for delivery (pre-delivery checklist); * Support assembly and preparation workshop organization; * Comply with workplace safety and process quality standards; * Conduct visual inspections and report any manufacturing or transportation defects; * Assist in loading and positioning implements for delivery. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Technical course in Mechanics, Agriculture, or related fields is desirable. * Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments. * Willingness to learn and interest in pursuing a career as an agricultural mechanic. * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
