Ensure patients receive proper instructions regarding medication use. * Sales and Sales Registration: Conduct over\-the\-counter product sales and accurately record transactions. Process payments in cash, credit card, or other methods accepted by the pharmacy. * Inventory Management: Regularly check medication and product stock, replenish items as needed, and ensure products are within their expiration dates. Maintain accurate inventory records. * Product Knowledge: Stay informed about products available at the pharmacy, including their features, benefits, and potential drug interactions. * Phone Support: Professionally answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. * Organization: Keep customer service areas and shelves organized.
