Key responsibilities of the role: * Proactively provide service to members, primarily via telephone calls and WhatsApp; * Schedule vehicle entry dates at partner workshops, ensuring alignment between members and service providers; * Monitor and manage appointments in the system, ensuring adherence to deadlines; * Maintain contact with partner workshops to track service progress and align information; If you are communicative, proactive, and seek to work in a dynamic environment focused on problem-solving, this opportunity is for you!
