Thus, we are transforming the music industry by proposing a new approach to music distribution and artistic career development. **Mission:** You will be responsible for actively and systematically ensuring the quality of Strm’s deliverables—combining manual and automated testing—helping evolve QA processes and contributing to a faster, more reliable, and scalable development cycle. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and enhance manual and automated tests for web applications. * Set up, maintain, and run automated test suites. * Define strategies for functional, regression, and exploratory testing. * Collaborate closely with PMs, Designers, and Engineering from early development stages. * Identify, document, and track bugs and quality issues. * Support improvements in QA processes, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done. * Contribute to reducing production bugs and increasing product reliability. **Required Qualifications:** * **3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or similar role.** * Solid experience conducting manual tests on web applications. * **Experience configuring and maintaining automated tests.** * Knowledge of quality best practices, test cycles, and bug tracking. * Intermediate English (technical reading and basic communication). Some interview questions will be in English to verify the candidate’s proficiency. **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar). * Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience with SaaS products, fintechs, or data-driven platforms. * Basic knowledge of APIs and integration testing. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus. **Work Format:** * 100% remote * PJ contract (Brazilian individual contractor) * Weekly progress meetings (Brazil time zone) * Daily squad meetings (Brazil time zone)
