Commitment to safety standards and teamwork. **Job Description** The Production Assistant will work in a metallurgical industry specializing in the manufacturing of fitness equipment, assisting in the stages of cutting, assembly, welding, painting, and finishing of metal parts. Responsibilities include supporting operators and ensuring that the production process complies with the company’s established quality, productivity, and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the production stages of metal structures for fitness equipment. * Support cutting, sanding, assembly, and packaging of parts according to work instructions. * Supply the department with materials and components required for the production process. * Conduct visual inspections and separate non-conforming parts. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to safety regulations and the 5S methodology. * Support operators and welders in handling and moving parts. * Meet established production targets and quality standards. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Availability to work in an industrial environment and perform operational tasks. * Commitment to safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Good physical stamina, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in metallurgical or equipment assembly industries. * Basic knowledge of hand tools and ability to read production orders. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and proactivity in performing assigned tasks.
