Responsible for carrying out activities related to the production of hangers, panels, catalogs and books, according to established standards to meet scheduled timelines, ensuring quality and agreed deadlines. **EXTERNAL OPPORTUNITY** **Main Responsibilities:** * Be responsible for the resources necessary for assembling books, panels and catalogs, performing cutting and gluing of fabrics onto specific documents according to internal procedures. * Carry out fabric cutting procedures according to established descriptions and standards. * Organize and attach cut fabrics in accordance with predefined order and standards, based on the respective document specifications. * Attend to commercial requests and established scheduling for separation of books for shipment to Representatives and/or customers, performing counting, storing them in appropriate packaging and handing them over to the responsible party for shipment to their respective destinations. * Perform the hanger assembly process, identifying fabrics according to descriptions and arranging them according to internal procedures. * Contribute to maintaining inventory management records by recording fabric receipts and withdrawals as needed. * Ensure the organization of the sector, identifying and storing fabrics and other materials according to internal procedures, guaranteeing item traceability. * Keep sector information files organized by digitizing and properly storing documents according to company procedures. * Carry out activities according to assigned instructions and service priorities, complying with norms, procedures, and aspects of safety, environment, quality and social responsibility. * Guarantee the quality, reliability and confidentiality of services and information generated by activities under their responsibility, aiming to uphold the company's institutional image and satisfaction of stakeholders. * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * High school diploma; * Good physical condition for activities requiring effort and movement; * Commitment, punctuality and responsibility towards assigned tasks; * Ability to work in a team and perform manual tasks; * Basic knowledge of Excel. **Workplace:** Showroom – Distribution Center
