Job Summary:
Executes payment of commitments and supports finance department activities, issues invoices, and performs bank reconciliation.

Executes payments of commitments in accordance with established regulations, as well as supports the organization's finance department activities.
Issues invoices related to the company's product movements.
* Separates bills, documents, and others; verifies and issues payment vouchers for daily financial commitments;
* Issues daily bank statements for verification and bank reconciliation, checking balances, deposits made, and comparing\-them with store cash movements;
* Records payment settlements in the system to update financial records;
* Monitors daily due dates of receivables and other financial commitments, as well as notary office matters, protests, delays, and issues affecting commercial, financial, and tax transactions.
* Issues sales, transfer, or return invoices for the company's products, verifying taxes and potential inconsistencies;
* Receives, sorts, and registers all physical documentation to be forwarded to Accounting;
* Prepares all documentation related to the company's payment movements and forwards it to Accounting for preparation of the company's financial statements;
* Organizes received documents and maintains control over all sent documentation, archiving forwarding protocols;;
* Ensures organization and cleanliness of the workspace;
* Controls and issues digital certificates;
* Performs other tasks related to the above at the organization's discretion, per instructions from the immediate supervisor.
