Focus on safety regulations and optimization of operational costs. We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to perform building maintenance and renovations at our bus garage. The professional will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising these services, ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and controlled costs without disrupting the company’s daily operations. ? Key Responsibilities • Plan and control maintenance and building renovation schedules. * Coordinate in-house and outsourced teams (civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, metalworking, etc.). • Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards (applicable NRs). • Manage materials, equipment, and suppliers. • Monitor costs and report results to management. * Address urgent/emergency requirements with rapid solutions. ? Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. • Experience in building maintenance and renovations. * Team and supplier management skills. • Knowledge of occupational safety regulations (NR\-10, NR\-18, NR\-35\). • Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and communication ability. ?
