The role involves supporting sales staff, organizing the store, and guiding customers toward products best suited to their needs. Key Responsibilities: Serve customers in person, by phone, and via digital channels, providing information about products and applications; Assist in selling hardware for tempered glass (hinges, handles, rollers, locks, etc.); Support preparation of quotations and orders; Organize and restock merchandise, maintaining a clean and orderly store; Verify inventory levels and assist in controlling product inflow and outflow; Support the sales team in order closing and after-sales; Clarify basic questions regarding dimensions, models, and product compatibility. ### **Prerequisites** Completed high school education. Customer service or sales experience (preferred). Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities. Organizational skills and proactivity. Interest in learning about technical products (tempered glass and hardware). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the glass industry, civil construction, or hardware distribution. Basic knowledge of measurements and ability to read simple project drawings.
