Collaboration with technical and operational departments **Position Description:** We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Purchaser. This role is strategic in ensuring procurement efficiency and competitiveness for materials, equipment, and services supporting mining operations. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchases of specialized materials and services; * Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers; * Ensure compliance with delivery timelines, quality standards, and technical specifications in procurement activities; * Collaborate with technical and operational departments to understand specific requirements; * Monitor procurement performance indicators and propose improvements; * Participate in supplier qualification and evaluation processes; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legal regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Proven experience in procurement for service providers in the mining and/or steel industries; * Technical knowledge of materials, equipment, and services used in these sectors; * Strong negotiation skills, strategic vision, and results orientation — especially in high-volume, fast-paced operations; * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred); * Willingness to conduct technical visits and occasional travel to the state of Pará.
