




Job Summary: The Senior CAPEX Planning and Control Analyst is responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling the execution of CAPEX projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Interaction with managers and teams to develop solutions and improvements **Description** The Senior CAPEX Planning and Control Analyst is responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling the execution of CAPEX projects, including engineering, equipment procurement and manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases. Their deliverable consists of developing a project execution schedule aimed at maximizing resource utilization, programming\-them along the timeline, and ensuring that work is completed within the scheduled timeframe and budget. Additionally, the Senior CAPEX Planning and Control Analyst must deliver and monitor the project budget spreadsheet, which shall be updated periodically throughout the project lifecycle and serve as the basis for monthly disbursement planning. **Responsibilities and Duties** Plan project execution across all phases (engineering, equipment procurement and manufacturing, installation, and commissioning). Schedule activities in detail, including timelines; monitor and report progress. Prepare preliminary budget spreadsheet and control costs by comparing actual procurement values against initially forecasted amounts. Proactively report schedule and cost deviations, assisting in identifying mitigating solutions for such deviations. Develop procurement schedules, identify and suggest potential suppliers, and conduct due diligence on requisitions with Procurement. Interface with general managers and their respective teams to gather information on activity status, report delays, and propose solutions to correct schedule and cost deviations. Participate in the company’s management and quality programs, attend training sessions, and apply their principles to improve organizational climate as well as processes, products, and services of the Organization. Support leadership in area-related requests, providing analyses and solutions whenever necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering or related fields. Advanced proficiency in MS Project and MS Office. Basic knowledge of Industrial Assembly. Intermediate English.
