Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Our Communication Assistant will support the coordination team in departmental activities, including: * Press advisory: monitoring spontaneous media coverage; reviewing press content; tracking interviews; contacting and aligning with press sources; participating in alignment meetings with partner suppliers and internal departments; assisting in report generation; participating in projects (media training, press relationship management, etc.); * LinkedIn: monitoring the platform; proposing topics; coordinating topic execution with the supplier; reviewing and producing content for the platform; participating in specific projects (internal influencers, among others); * Projects: participation in emerging departmental initiatives such as sponsorships and donations, branding, and product launches; * Administrative support: submitting purchase requests; sending invoices for payment processing; * Internal department alignment: continuous coordination with peer Marketing departments to identify promotional opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Journalism, Public Relations, Social Communication, or related fields; * Excellent writing and editing skills; * Clear and assertive communication; * Experience in press advisory routines (media clipping, press release support, media relations); * Familiarity with LinkedIn and platform best practices; * Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is considered a plus; * Systemic vision to understand the impacts and interdependencies between communication actions and business objectives; * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across multiple departments; * Openness to learning, professional development, and embracing new challenges; * Institutional demeanor, with responsibility and ethics when handling information; * Proactivity and confidence in approaching people, seeking information, and establishing contact with diverse audiences without hesitation; * Ability to initiate conversations and build connections; * Must reside in Belo Horizonte\-MG or Nova Lima\-MG; * Hybrid work model: 2 days per week onsite. **Additional Information** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Meal and food allowance on the same card Breakfast or afternoon snack at physical locations Transportation allowance Total Pass and Wellhub (access to gyms and wellness services) Birthday day off Corporate University Pregnancy support program Psychological, legal, financial, and social counseling program Wedding gift Duo Gourmet Bernoulli Benefits Club: access to a network of partnerships offering discounts on undergraduate and graduate courses, electricity bills, language courses, and more — for you and your family Mothers working under the hybrid model are fully remote from the 6th month of pregnancy until the child’s first birthday Fathers working under the hybrid model are fully remote from the child’s birth until the child’s 6th month Data protection changes everything During the candidate selection process for our open positions, we will use your personal data registered on the Gupy platform.
