Job Summary: The professional will evaluate and create operational indicators, support management in decision-making, and manage operational productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in evaluating and creating operational indicators. 2. Supporting management in decision-making and continuous improvement. 3. Focus on operational productivity and profitability. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Evaluate operational indicators; develop rules and control processes to support management decision-making; * Support operations at complexes/units to expedite contract-related requirements; * Monitor notifications and conduct root cause analyses to support the resolution of operational issues; * Consolidate and present results to enable operational alignment and client deliverables; * Serve as a communication channel between corporate objectives and operations; * Track inefficiency-generating demands to minimize financial impact, and propose improvement measures for indicators to the Operations Coordinator; * Develop operational indicators and control solutions aimed at improving operational productivity and profitability. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Postgraduate studies (in progress or completed) preferred. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Experience in indicator management preferred. * Knowledge of Project Management preferred. * Power BI knowledge preferred. * Must reside in Ouro Branco/MG.
