Job Summary:
Coordinate and supervise maintenance and utilities teams, developing strategies, evaluating KPIs, and conducting training to ensure alignment with company objectives and asset management.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise maintenance and utilities teams, ensuring alignment with company processes and objectives;
* Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies;
* Evaluate maintenance and utilities KPIs, suggesting improvements and adjusting processes as needed;
* Conduct training and team development, encouraging technical updates and best practices;
* Comply with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Management Systems plans and goals;
* Responsible for asset and CAPEX management of the manufacturing unit.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Maintenance Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with SAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate degree in Maintenance Engineering
* Experience with management systems and process best practices.
