Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning and controlling production processes, managing capacity, creating and managing production orders, monitoring KPIs, and tracking inventory levels. Inventory Management and Stockout Prevention **Main Responsibilities:** 1 \- Strategic Production Planning ✔ Plan and control stages of the production process ✔ Apply methodologies such as MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and ERP ✔ Analyze and monitor raw material, input, and finished goods inventories via system tools to ensure efficient production ✔ Develop production schedules 2 \- Productive Capacity Management ✔ Conduct detailed capacity requirements planning (CRP) ✔ Balance workloads across different departments and production lines ✔ Operational Scheduling and Control ✔ Create and manage production orders ✔ Monitor productive performance indicators (KPIs) ✔ Implement real-time deviation correction systems ✔ Ensure process traceability and quality 3 \- Inventory Management ✔ Monitor finished goods (FG) inventory levels ✔ Prevent production and delivery stockouts ✔ Implement just\-in\-time systems where applicable. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM / Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Salary: To be negotiated Requirements: \* Education: Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences. A degree in Production Engineering or related field is desirable. Postgraduate studies in production-related areas preferred. \* Experience: In production programming and planning. \* Residency: Must reside in Betim/MG. \* Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, initiative, ability to work in teams, organizational skills, commitment to quality and deadlines.
