Job Summary: A professional responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic and structural installations, performing general repairs and ensuring safety. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various installations 2. Carry out minor repairs to masonry, painting, flooring, and furniture 3. Support the installation and assembly of equipment **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installations, hydraulic systems, and structural components; * Carry out minor repairs to masonry, painting, flooring, doors, windows, and furniture; * Replace, unclog, and adjust toilets and urinals; * Perform basic maintenance on plumbing, faucets, valves, and hydraulic systems; * Support the installation and assembly of equipment and structures; * Identify maintenance needs and report them to the area supervisor; * Use appropriate tools and equipment to perform tasks; * Maintain organization and proper care of tools and work materials; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * High school diploma completed. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that promote the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
