Sort, sanitize, cut, and season food correctly. Prepare sauces and shape rice balls and sashimi. Restock products on trays/barges in the sales area. Evaluate food flavor, aroma, color, and texture. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace, utensils, equipment, refrigerators, and shelves. Monitor ingredient expiration dates, storage, and proper handling. Wash dishes, utensils, and containers as needed. Follow hygiene, food handling, and food safety regulations. Provide excellent service to internal and external customers. Pursue continuous process improvement to reduce waste and increase productivity. ### **Prerequisites** Completed elementary school. Basic knowledge of Food Safety Regulations.
