Monitor production lines to ensure quality, hygiene, and food safety standards (e.g., temperature control, expiration dates). Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas to prevent contamination. Inspect products (color, texture, packaging) and report non-conformities. Support storage and logistics of finished products (cheese, yogurt, butter). Comply with regulations such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP. ### **Prerequisites** Basic knowledge of industrial processes and food safety. Ability to work in teams and in refrigerated environments. Attention to detail and physical stamina for repetitive tasks and prolonged standing.
