The Warehouse Assistant is essential for controlling, organizing, and maintaining our inventory. You will receive goods, organize storage, prepare orders, and ensure accurate system records, working in an organized, attentive, and collaborative manner with other departments. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * + Receive and inspect goods delivered by suppliers, verifying quantity, quality, and specifications. + Organize inventory efficiently to ensure easy access and proper product preservation. + Maintain up-to-date records of inventory inflows and outflows in the system or spreadsheets. + Prepare outgoing goods orders, ensuring accuracy of items and quantities. + Support periodic inventory audits and counts. + Follow safety procedures when handling goods and equipment. + Use physical strength when necessary to move boxes and products, always with care and proper guidance. **REQUIREMENTS** * + Completed high school education. + Basic computer skills and experience using management systems or spreadsheets. + Organizational skills, attention to detail, and care in verifying quantities and products. + Ability to work in a team and follow established procedures. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * + Prior experience in warehousing, stockrooms, or logistics (receiving, inspection, and organization of goods). + Experience in the electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or industrial materials sector. + Experience conducting inventories, cycle counts, and inventory control. + Knowledge of ERP systems or warehouse management software. **WORK CONDITIONS** * + Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws). + Work schedule: 44 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, with two Saturdays off per month. + Flexible working hours system, compliant with current legislation. + Compensation: salary starting at the local commerce minimum wage, as stipulated by collective bargaining agreement, \+ benefits.
