The Operations Assistant will support and assist factory routines, contributing to smooth production processes, workplace organization, and achievement of established goals. It is essential that the candidate demonstrates discipline, agility, proactivity, organization, and commitment to quality, as well as willingness to support various operational areas as required by production needs. Responsibilities: • Support production activities for pet rehabilitation products, assisting in assembly, finishing, and inspection stages as needed; • Support the organization and preparation of materials, supplies, and tools for the production process; • Assist in internal movement of materials and products between production stages; • Contribute to workplace organization, cleaning, and standardization; • Support adherence to production processes, technical specifications, and operational instructions; • Assist in identifying and reporting process defects, non-conformities, or adjustment requirements; • Support basic inventory control of production supplies; • Collaborate with the team to maintain efficient production flow; • Comply with internal rules, operational procedures, and safety guidelines; • Support leadership in diverse operational demands across the factory. ### **Prerequisites** Desired Profile: Prior production experience is preferred.
