Shift Leadership Coordinate pharmacy team activities during on-call shifts. Assign tasks and monitor staff performance. Ensure continuity of operations between shifts. Address issues related to pharmaceutical processes. 2. Chemotherapy Drug Handling Prepare and supervise preparation of antineoplastic medications. Ensure compliance with biosafety standards and good preparation practices. Verify medical prescriptions prior to preparation. Ensure traceability of prepared medications. Monitor environmental conditions in the preparation area. 3. Safety and Quality Comply with and enforce regulations set by the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) and applicable legislation. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety procedures. Participate in internal and external audits. Contribute to continuous improvement of pharmacy processes. 4. Process Management Monitor medication dispensing and preparation workflows. Manage inventory of oncology medications and related supplies. Record and analyze deviations or non-conformities. Support development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 5. Multidisciplinary Integration Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to align treatment plans. Clarify questions regarding oncology medications. Support patient safety. ### **Prerequisites** Education Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. Active registration with the Federal Council of Pharmacy. Experience Experience in hospital or oncology pharmacy. Hands-on experience preparing chemotherapy drugs. Experience in team leadership or coordination. Technical Knowledge Good practices for antineoplastic drug preparation. Biosafety and contamination control. Oncology protocols. Applicable health regulations. Advantages Postgraduate degree in Hospital or Oncology Pharmacy. Experience in infusion centers or oncology hospitals.
