Job Summary: An ABA Therapeutic Coordinator is essential for providing clinical support, developing therapists, and delivering consistent, individualized interventions. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative work with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams We are seeking an **ABA Therapeutic Coordinator** to join Espaço Interação! This role is critical to ensuring high-quality clinical support, fostering the professional development of therapists, and guaranteeing that each learner receives consistent, ethical, and individualized interventions. ### **Your Responsibilities:** * Manage the therapy team and provide technical supervision to therapists, ensuring adherence to ABA principles; * Develop, evaluate, review, and adjust individualized therapeutic plans and reports; * Monitor learners’ progress and advise on behavioral management strategies; * Conduct parental guidance sessions with families and suggest therapeutic activities to be implemented outside the clinical setting; * Collaborate closely with families, schools, and internal teams to provide guidance supporting the client’s development. ### **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Psychology, Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or other health-related fields; * Verified ABA training (extension course, specialization, or certification); * Prior experience in ABA-based therapeutic settings; * Proactivity, leadership ability, strong communication skills, and technical responsibility; * Availability for in-person work from **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM**, with a 1-hour lunch break. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology; * Completed postgraduate program in Applied Behavior Analysis; * Experience in team coordination, supervision, or leadership. ### **Benefits:** * Competitive salary; * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher; * Health insurance plan; * Meal allowance; * Attendance bonus; * **Wellhub**: access to gyms, online workouts, and wellness activities; * **Starbem**: medical, psychological, and nutritional consultations via telemedicine; * **Avus**: discounts on medications, lab tests, vaccines, and healthcare procedures; * Initial and ongoing ABA training.
