Count, weigh, and label raw materials according to the service requested on the map/requisition; handle prepared meats (skewers, medallions, rolls, etc.). Grind meats, pound steaks, slice cold cuts and bacon using machinery. Receive, unload, and store raw materials, organizing them in designated locations. Select grains. Assist in loading and unloading raw materials onto internal and external route vehicles.
