The intern will contribute to controlling, verifying, and updating fuel supply information, while also assisting in communication among Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other involved departments. Key Responsibilities: Enter and verify daily fuel refills in the Transnet system; Correct vehicle odometer readings and incorrect records; Record and monitor fuel pump end-readings, oil changes, and Arla 32 consumption; Support closing and exporting fuel supply reports; Assist in preparing consumption reports and KPIs; Perform data registration and updates in the system; Support control of requisitions and monitoring of fuel supply contracts; Interact with Maintenance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure proper information flow; Organize documents and records of departmental routines.
