The professional will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising services, ensuring quality, safety, adherence to deadlines, and controlled costs—without disrupting the company’s daily operations. Plan and monitor maintenance and renovation schedules for buildings. Coordinate in-house and outsourced teams (civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, metalwork, etc.). Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations (applicable NRs). Manage materials, equipment, and suppliers. Monitor costs and report results to management. Address urgent/emergency demands with prompt solutions. ### **Prerequisites** Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. Experience in building maintenance and renovations. Ability to manage teams and suppliers. Knowledge of occupational safety regulations (NR-10, NR-18, NR-35).
