Customer experience optimization Store Manager \- Manage daily store operations and supervise all operational processes. • Monitor cash reconciliation, logistics, and retailer space organization and presentation. • Ensure proper inventory management, reporting purchase needs and restocking requirements. • Directly lead, motivate, and develop the team. * Conduct formal team meetings to align objectives, track individual goals and performance. • Identify and manage conflicts, maintaining a collaborative and productive environment. • Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions to optimize results. • Ensure that the customer and distributor experience meets O Boticário’s excellence standards. Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. • Prior experience in people management and sales performance indicator tracking (preferred). • Strategic mindset, results-oriented, and strong leadership skills.
