The intern will contribute to monitoring, verifying, and updating fuel supply data, and will also assist in communication among Procurement, Maintenance, and other involved departments. Key Responsibilities: Enter and verify daily fueling records in the Transnet system; Correct vehicle odometer readings and inaccurate entries; Record and monitor fuel pump end readings, oil changes, and AdBlue (Arla 32) consumption; Assist in closing and exporting fuel supply reports; Help prepare consumption reports and performance indicators (KPIs); Perform data registration and updates in the system; Support control of requisitions and monitoring of fuel supply contracts; Interact with Maintenance, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure appropriate information flow; Organize documents and records related to departmental routines.
