Hygiene of pots and sinks, kitchen trash bins, and equipment such as stoves, ovens, hoods, and griddles (when powered off); hygiene of plates, trays, and cutlery used in the cafeteria during lunch shift. Removal and organization of organic and common waste from the kitchen. Hygiene and organization of the work environment. Removal of organic waste — food leftovers from the cafeteria — and weighing it. Removal and hygiene of trash bins in the cafeteria, office, and kitchen. Hygiene and organization of the work environment. Work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices for Food.
