Job Summary: The Kitchen Assistant supports the team in food preparation and organization, following the head chef's instructions to serve hotel guests and event clients. Key Highlights: 1. Work in the kitchen with a focus on guests and events Hotel seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Belo Horizonte (North Zone). **Responsibilities:** Support the kitchen team by washing, cutting, and sorting vegetables, fruits, and hot and cold foods; prepare and store items in refrigerators while observing work orders and the head chef's instructions. Support the kitchen team in preparing food for consumption by guests and event clients. Keep kitchen-used products organized on shelves according to kitchen sections to facilitate their use by chefs. Previous experience as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma completed.
