Lacerda Diniz Machado has over 27 years of experience and holds a prominent position in Minas Gerais’ and Brazil’s legal landscape. We drive change, working to positively impact the world around us. We seek dynamic individuals with strong communication and organizational skills—proactive, autonomous workers unafraid of challenges. **Your Responsibilities and Challenges Will Include:** * Drafting clear and precise legal pleadings, appeals, legal opinions, and other legal documents; * Attending hearings; * Conducting legal research, including case law and legal doctrine; * Responding to inquiries; * Interacting with clients to build lasting relationships; * Updating internal systems; * Managing cases; **Requirements and Desired Profile:** * Completed Law degree with active OAB registration; * One to two years of experience in civil litigation; * Experience in civil law areas such as contracts, obligations, civil liability, real rights, and consumer law; * Familiarity with the ADVWIN\+ system will be considered an advantage; * Proficiency in case management systems (PJe, Projudi, Esaj) and legal databases (JusBrasil); * Experience handling credit recovery portfolios will be considered an advantage; * Familiarity with text editing and spreadsheet software; * Availability to work in Belo Horizonte. **We Offer:** * Competitive fixed salary; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Total Pass; * Parking; * Transparency and effective professional development; * Flexible benefits card (Swile); * Birthday day off; * Language school partnership; * Collaborative work environment with continuous learning opportunities; * Professional development opportunities and hands-on experience managing real cases under the guidance of experienced professionals; and * Happy hours and various celebrations.
